best baby bunny buds | cousins Fennel & Endive nibble together

recorded 7.17.2024. Young bunny cousins Endive and Fennel are best buds. I often find them nibbling together. Fennel seems really happy to have a friend her age and binkies mid-nibble!

Fennel was born to Topaz mid-May 2024. She is special not only because she survived a hawk attack, but also because she stayed in our yard all winter and had babies here this past summer (2025)! She still has a little scar on her right ear, which is how I was able to recognize her last year and this past spring. She's also still an apple lover! We're so grateful to have been able to save her and give her a second chance at life. And she rewarded us with very cute babies this year, many of whom are still here.
