Sex, Drugs & Latinas in Trinidad & Tobago - TV6 News Investigation

Part 1 - A police raid in South Trinidad nets 75 women involved in the sex trade. Most of them came here from Latin American countries some against their will. The story of the bust that hit the news in March 2013 barely scratches the surface of the thriving sex trafficking trade. As TV6 news uncovered, it continues to flourish, as Latin women flood this country to offer their bodies for sex. It's a World filled with unspeakable acts, corrupt officials and menacing men.

Part 2 - A life filled with drugs and constant beatings. Women who are sometimes held for soliciting for the purpose of prostitution in this country claim they were tricked and forced into this way of life. To continue with our investigative series 'Sex drugs and Latinas', we've heard traffickers say certain authorities are complicit in the sex trade.

Part 3 - The internet is fast becoming a place where the sex trade is blowing up. Men ordering wives on the internet and websites offering women to have casual sexual encounters with. It's part of the phenomenon that has gripped the sex trafficking trade around the world and is catching on right here as well. Tonight in as we conclude our series we look at this trend.
