This 10-minute mobility routine is done on the floor from a low lunge position. Focus is on improving hip flexibility and strengthening the surrounding muscles. These exercises with challenge your stability and strengthen your core muscles. It is a shorter version of one of my floor based stretching workouts. Which includes exercises that build strength, improves flexibility/mobility, and improves overall health.
