Sensei Ken Broome is demonstrating the "third set" of standing techniques (13 to 18 out of 24) from the Koryu No Kata Dai Ichi with Gary Hogg (5th Dan).
The second half of the video shows slighlty slower versions of the techniques to assist learning this kata. This is unrehearsed / unedited footage of dojo practice.
