🥑LARGE FAMILY Pantry/FREEZER Challenge + TOUR! What We Ate Week One ✔️

In today's new large family meals of the week video, I share week one of our large family pantry/freezer challenge. I like to do a big once a month grocery haul. I also love to see if I can stretch it a few extra weeks (making a 4-week grocery haul really stretch 6 weeks or more) before the next BIG stock up grocery haul.

This first week of the pantry/freezer challenge went well overall. I got several Instant Pot meals cooked up for dinners. We used up eggs and tuna for lunch sandwiches. I served up many breakfast freezer meals along with some egg breakfasts. We also had some planned and unplanned eating out on the weekend with sports, awards dinners, church, and an unexpected canceled event.

And I give you a full tour of my pantry, refrigerators, and freezers after week one is complete. For week two we'll need to eat down several large family freezer meals, maybe cook up a big batch of salmon cakes with some canned salmon from the pantry, and I think things will start to get even more creative around here with large family meals. xoxo
