In April, 16-year-old Kyle Plush died in an Ohio school parking lot after getting trapped and suffocating under the third row seat in his family’s minivan. While Plush managed to call 911, police did not locate him. His family is now advocating for upgrades to the 911 system with their campaign, Kyle Plush Answer the Call Foundation. NBC’s Blake McCoy shares Plush’s story as his parents, Ron and Jill, join Megyn Kelly TODAY in their first live interview.
