The funeral service for singer and songwriter Winnie Khumalo is underway at Protea South Multipurpose Centre in Soweto. She will be buried at West Park Cemetary. Khumalo died on Tuesday last week at the age of 51 after a short illness. She has been hailed as a prolific performer whose body of work will live on for generations to come. The Soweto-born singer will be remembered for her chart-topping album "I Just Wanna Live My Life", which achieved gold status after selling over 25,000 copies. Her career began at the age of 15, and she later graced television screens with roles in popular SABC drama series such as Muvhango and Mponeng. Let's dip in for the
