UPDATE | FZR1000 Restoration - EP6

Just a quick update as to where I am with the restoration. Before I can start on the engine work, I need to get all the cosmetic stuff done and out of the way.

The fairing brackets and windshield stays were all bent, as were most of the brackets that hold just about everything on. A lot of time spent fixing all that stuff. Nice to see the new subframe and all body panels fitting as they should now.

Sourced a new overflow tank, repaired all the plastic parts, finished the radiator and fan assembly, and repaired the centre fairing and tabs on the side panels.

Got hundreds of parts (bolts, etc) from Impex Japan and a full engine gasket kit from Yambits.

Once all the cosmetic stuff is ready for paint, I'll put it all away and get started on the engine work.
