I cleaned this carpet about 6 years ago and my customer was very impressed with the results. Four years ago she had the carpet cleaned again but decided to go with a cheaper steam cleaning service and was very unhappy with the results. Today she wanted the carpet cleaned properly and remembered the excellent results we gave 6 years ago so I was back to give this carpet a really good clean. There is a lot of wear and many stains on this carpet but using the 2 step approach with a hogs hair fibre pad to begin and pre treating the stains you will see this carpet transform and the stains come out with a little effort.
