9D Completion (Part 5/13)

Some sections here are recorded out of order (due to not knowing about certain secrets as I did the regular screen) and one chunk was recorded with file timer off by accident. One of the keys was also accidentally collected in practice, so that's why I wiggle in the air a bit - that's where the key normally is.


Big difficulty drop in this section! Not much else to say, plenty of enjoyable screens, some interesting YEET tech, but nothing approaching overly hard or even particularly difficult. Most screens took me less than 5 minutes with only a few taking more.


There have been a couple points so far that I've used the Assist options to recover lost progress due to silly trolls and so on. I don't want to have a discussion about this in the comments, so on the off chance this video gets any sort of viewcount above like 2, please don't make comments about how I use assist mode. I play Celeste for fun, and I do not enjoy arbitrarily losing progress because the level creator thought they were being funny - some people are into that, but I'm not. There are also mechanics in the game that I dislike (such as required Oshiro bounces, or super heavy wind to make it impossible to see, etc.) and I'll likely be skipping those rooms/checkpoints with Assist as well.

I'm no stranger to the grind for progress, in fact I generally enjoy it, but sometimes I just dislike something and don't want to play it ever, at all - and that's what I'll be skipping. If you don't like that because you enjoy games a different way than I do, fair enough, you don't have to watch my videos or think I completed 9D "legitimately" or whatever else you feel about how that changes my eventual completion; keep it out of the comments section.
