✔️Ingredients:
• Eggplant 2
• Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
• Dry Onion 1 tsp
• Dry Garlic 2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Olive oil 3 tbsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Thyme 1/2 tsp
✔️Ingredients for the Yogurt Dip:
• yogurt 4 tbsp
• Clove of Garlic 1
• Black pepper
• Parsley

✔️Instruction:
After washing the eggplants, cut them lengthwise into slices about 1.5 cm thick, then cut each slice into strips about 1.5 cm wide.
If the eggplant is medium-sized, cut the strips in half so their length is about 5–7 cm.

Place the eggplant strips in a salted water mixture for 5 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.
Drizzle olive oil over the eggplants and toss well until all pieces are evenly coated.

Add the spice mix and breadcrumbs, then mix until the eggplant strips are completely coated.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the eggplant slices on the tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

For the yogurt dip, combine yogurt with grated garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
