Esalen Massage is a blend of Swedish massage, yoga, tai chi, craniosacral work, and was even influenced by founders of modalities like Feldenkrais Method, Trager Approach, & Rolfing. Esalen is a relaxation massage in every sense of the word, focusing on literal full body massage with long, sweeping strokes like the waves of the ocean.
