The case location for today is close to Noida, where Maya, a girl, lived with her brother following her divorce. Her marriage to her Dubai-based spouse was not going well. This is an instance of attempted murder that happened while she was at home alone after her brother departed for work. Vishal, their neighbor, had an affair with Maya. She invited Vishal to see her at home over the phone. Vishal was ambushed from behind by someone as she was leaving her home. Who attempted to murder Maya, the victim, is still a mystery.

Yet when the heart takes over the mind, the outcome is a mindless tragedy. Crime Patrol- Dastak will attempt to look at the signs, the signals that are always there before these mindless crimes are committed. Instincts/Feelings/Signals that so often tell us that not everything is normal. Maybe, that signal/feeling/instinct is just not enough to believe it could result in a crime. Unfortunately, after the crime is committed, those same signals come haunting.
