Quick and Easy Vaazhaikkai Podimas in 5 minutes | Chef Sunder | Recipecheckr

Here is a quick side dish for everyone. Today we are going to prepare Vaazhaikkai Podimas. We can make a variety of dishes with Raw Banana and now we are making Vaazhaikkai Podimas.

Here are the ingredients for Vazhaikkai Podimas
Mustard seeds - 3 nos
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2 nos
Groundnut oil - 1 tbsp
Raw banana - 2 nos
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2 nos
Curry leaves - a pinch
Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Salt – As required
