If you want to hear an annoucement of a train to come or leave, just (if not late) set the video 3-5 minutes before it arrives / departs.
At night, only a few trains arrive to the station, so they often do not announce. That's why I wrote to the description the trains coming in time between 23:00 and 4:15, when the trains will be annouced first time, so you can always skip. Otherwise, during the day breaks are minimal.
