Join me as we take on an exciting Cordyceps cultivation project using a liquid culture with potential hidden contaminants. In this video, I’ll test both the cordyceps agar and liquid cultures for visible contamination, set up a modified Tupperware inoculation chamber with FAE (Fresh Air Exchange) holes, and prepare a nutrient-rich broth to infuse into the rice substrate, creating an ideal growth medium.
