Bahan unti kelapa :
60gr gula aren/gula merah
1 sdm gula pasir
Sejumput garam
50ml air
100gr kelapa parut
Bahan ketan :
350gr beras ketan
½ sdt garam
250ml santan
Daun pisang secukupnya untuk membungkus.
Coconut glutinous rice cake recipe.
Coconut Ingredients:
60gr palm sugar/brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
50ml water
100gr grated coconut
Sticky Ingredients:
350gr glutinous rice
½ tsp salt
250 ml coconut milk
Enough banana leaves to wrap.
