Описание:
Come cook with my daughter and I as we make chicken tamales in red sauce.
Recipe:
chicken breast(I used one but this recipe has enough sauce for 4-5 chicken breasts)( you can always make a bigger batch and freeze sauce and use it again the next time you make tamales)
corn husks
Sauce:
9-10 guajillo chiles
4 ancho chiles
5 roma tomatoes
1/2 an onion
3 garlics cloves
salt to taste
Masa:
4 cups masa
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable shortening( you can use lard if you want to)
1 tbsp baking powder
You will need a steamer pot of some sort, they need to be in a steamer pot with a lid in order to cook.
Cook them for about 2 hours
