General data: 47" Max. between centers, 42.25" with copy device, 2" x 2" max. cap. billet size with standard bushing, 16" max. dia. without copying device, 7" dia. max. with copying device.
Features: Two cutter-heads; the first turns squares to round and second copies according to the deflection/movement of stylus against the profile. An adjustment knob and calibration scale adjusts pattern for 1:1 copying or to oversized/undersized turning.
Copying: Copies can be made from a flat template or specimen 3D workpiece; Chain driven manual feed copy device by use of handwheel.
Drive: 2.5 HP spindle motor, (4) spindle speeds 570 - 1,000 - 1,850 - 2,500 RPM. At 115 V motor draw is 17 Amps.
Includes: Travelling steady rest, 10" tool post/rest for hand turning, and acrylic safety cover.
