Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, along with his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann, flagged off luxury buses to the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport from here on Wednesday.
The flagging off ceremony took place at the local Shaheed Bhagat Singh Interstate Bus Terminal. Teams from Chandigarh and New Delhi were here on Monday to check arrangements and inspect the site. The DC and the Commissioner of Police also reviewed the arrangements.
The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
