New Mexico True, Part 1: Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta 2019, White Sands National Park, Space History

Our One Month in New Mexico True happened in October 2019. The month of amazing adventures started off with balloons, white sands, & space in Albuquerque and Alamogordo. We got to see the Albuquerque skies filled with balloons at the 2019 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Then it was off to Alamogordo where we explored the White Sands National Monument (National Park as of December 2019). The beautiful gypsum sand dunes are the perfect place to do some sand sledding and take in amazing sunsets. New Mexico is rich in space history and we learned a ton about it when we visited the New Mexico Museum of Space History.
