Toronto to Halifax, Video #26. For the finale video of our roadtrip, we travel from Halifax to the scenic coastal community of Peggy's Cove, founded in 1811, and home to the Peggys Point Lighthouse, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and is a Canadian icon.
We also make a visit to the Swissair 111 Memorial.
Our route follows Route 333, the Lighthouse Route, from Highway 103 in Beechville, in Halifax Regional Municipality, to Peggys Cove, then further onwards to Upper Tantallon, where we meet Highway 103 again.
