UPDATE:
** I believe my back-fed breaker has to be 70A because 80% of my 60A breaker is only 48A continuous and the inverter can output 50amps continuous. (I could limit the inverter output to 48a via a setting...not sure if a inspector would be ok with that)
** I didn't explain much on calculating how much I could back feed. Here are some videos that helped me understand how much I can back-feed into my electrical panel: (I believe I need to follow the solar 100% rule because I'm placing my backfed breaker near my main lines feeding my electrical panel)

-Solar 100% rule:    • 100% Rule in Solar  
My calculation using the solar 100% rule: (200bus X 100%) - 100 breaker = 100 amps allowed to back-feed(I have a 100 amp breaker feeding this panel... upstream near my meter base)
