Boston Marathon Series, Episode 5: Long Run Travel Vlog

Please join me as I prepare to run the Boston Marathon for the 10th straight year! This is the FIFTH in a 9-part series, and today's episode is a very special episode, and a departure from the format of previous episodes. This has been my highest volume training week of this marathon training block, and this TRAVEL VLOG will follow me as I flew to a special destination for my Saturday long run. It wasn't all running; we hit some fun restaurants, shops, and even an improv comedy club!! And amongst the pasta and the energy gels, there were some very special moments. I hope you like it!
