納豆卵かけご飯（バター使用）
材料（1人前）
• 納豆 …… 1パック
• 卵 …… 1個
• ご飯 …… 1杯（温かいご飯推奨）
• バター …… 5g（小さいひとかけ）
• 麺つゆ（3倍濃縮） …… 小さじ1
• わさび …… 少々（お好みで）
• 長ネギ（刻む） …… 少々
作り方
1. 納豆に付属のタレとカラシを入れ、50回ほどかき混ぜる。
2. 納豆に卵を加え、さらに混ぜる。
3. 温かいご飯に納豆卵をかけ、刻んだ長ネギを散らす。
4. 小皿で**バターと麺つゆを電子レンジ（600Wで5〜10秒）**で温め、溶かしたものをご飯の中心に垂らす。
5. わさびを少し添えて、混ぜながら食べる。

#### *Ingredients (Serves 1)*
1 pack of natto (fermented soybeans)
1 egg
1 bowl of warm rice
5g of butter (a small piece)
1 teaspoon of concentrated men-tsuyu (Japanese soup base)
A small amount of wasabi (optional)
Chopped green onions (to taste)

#### *Instructions*
1. Add the included sauce and mustard to the natto, then mix well (about 50 times) to enhance its texture.
2. Crack an egg into the natto and mix again until well combined.
3. Pour the natto-egg mixture over a bowl of warm rice, then sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
4. In a small dish, combine the butter and men-tsuyu, then microwave for *5–10 seconds (600W)* until melted. Drizzle over the center of the rice.
5. Add a small amount of wasabi and mix well before eating.
