Currently, contributing as Director of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and M&A at Otis Elevator Co. He is focused on enhancing customer experience and making the purchase of elevators as easy as a white good. He is also busy launching the next generation of connected elevators with IoT and Remote Elevator Maintenance capabilities. He enjoys running and writing in his spare time.
