Compared two acoustic guitars that are both Grand Auditorium body shape, one has a cutaway.
Both have installed now the Fishman Preamp Presys Blend that includes a microphone and a piezo to blend together as needed.
One is made in Mexico, the other in Slovakia. One is Sitka + Sapele, the other Dolomite + Macassar Ebony.
One is 43 mm at the nut, the other 45 mm
For some reason the neck of the Dowina it's just more comfortable and easier to play. I suspect the bracing and overall build quality has something to do with this...
