How I got here…

27 yrs old: Got my real estate license and dove headfirst into the industry.
28 yrs old: First full year as a realtor-sold 11 homes at a low average price, making just $11,000 on a 50/50 split with my broker.
29 yrs old: Sold 15 homes and made $24,000. Kept grinding and improving.
30 yrs old: Hired my first part-time assistant and sold 24 homes.
31 yrs old: Sold 26 homes, working harder and longer hours.
32 yrs old: Closed 32 homes, hired a second part-time assistant, and kept scaling.
33 yrs old: Sold over 50 homes, becoming the #1 individual agent in my market at the largest brokerage in town.
34 yrs old: Personally sold 69 homes and officially launched my real estate team.
35 yrs old: Married my brilliant wife Amanda, who started our real estate development company specializing in bespoke urban residences.
36-41 yrs old: Grew our team and consistently sold 100+ homes annually (not including team production). Amanda's development company built a niche following, and our real estate team became one of the top midsized teams in Virginia, selling over $55M in real estate every year.
42 yrs old: Left the largest traditional brokerage in our market to join the most innovative and fastest-growing real estate company in the country. After years of working with the industry's top pedigree, we chose to align with forward-thinkers shaping the future of real estate.
43 yrs old: Today, Amanda and I are focused on building the future of real estate. We're sharing the lessons, strategies, and insights we've gained along the way while inviting others to join us on this exciting journey to redefine what's possible in our industry.
