This is by far the easiest method of getting Triple O to spawn, solo or co-op. Having said that, it still can take a while to get him to spawn. The trick is to drive far enough away to have the ultimate badasses despawn/devolve into regular badasses in order to start the process over again. No four player slider or gate glitch is necessary.
