Can I shoot the challenging Alabama Law Enforcement annual firearms qualifications with my @Staccato2011 P4 pistol? Lets see.
Alabama Law Enforcement Course of fire is a 50 round course.
The drill starts at the 25-yard line from behind a barricaded position. Upon command, using the barricade, fire 6 rounds standing and then 6 rounds kneeling in 35 seconds.
From the 25-yard line run forward to the 15-yard line, plant your feet, draw and fire 3 rounds in 8 seconds. Come to ready gun and then upon command fire 3 rounds in 5 seconds and return to ready gun. Repeat 2 more times for a grand total of 12 rounds.
From the 15 yard line run forward to the 7-yard line, draw and fire 2 rounds in 8 seconds.
From the 7-yard line, upon command, draw and fire 12 rounds in 25 seconds.
From the 7 yard line, upon command, take 2 steps forward to the 5-yard line, draw and fire 6 rounds strong handed only-transition to the support hand and fire 6 rounds support hand only.
All rounds must be in the white of the "Q" target to be scored. Each hit is 2 points. Max score is 100 while the minimum passing score is 70.
