Remove the Vocab and Menu options from the orange header bar in TouChat to dis-allow editing. There are two ways to set controls in the TouchChat app in order to keep users from making edits to their vocabulary. One way is to use the menu passcode within the TouchChat app (Menu - Settings). The other way, the way that I describe in this video, is to toggle the allow editing feature off in the iPad settings app (leave TouchChat, open gray gear app, scroll down to Apps, choose TouchChat and toggle Allow Editing OFF)
