This is Why I Do What I Do | Backpacking the Trans Catalina Trail // Curious to see WHAT I do and WHY I do it? In this video, I’m bringing you with me on a recent group trip with students from my online backpacking program for women, The Confident Solo Female Backpacker System, to hike the Trans Catalina Trail in Southern California. For 5 days and 4 nights, our group thru-hiked all 38.5 miles along Catalina Island together while putting our backpacking gear to the test in the heat, sun, wind, rain and mud.

One of my most favorites parts about creating The Confident Solo Female Backpacker System is getting to see firsthand the incredible transformations my students make when they do the work inside the program and then join me out on trail for group trips like this one. My heart is so full!
