DHA Quetta
Recently, the barcode file in DHA Quetta has been put on hold, meaning no new barcode files will be introduced in the market for now.
However, despite this step, prices have not increased, which is a big question mark for many investors.
For the past two months, the 1 Kanal file has been fluctuating between 25 to 26.5 lakhs, showing a clear "hide and seek" pattern.
Meanwhile, 5 Marla files are trading between 11–12 lakhs, and 10 Marla files are being traded at 13.75–14.50 lakhs.

DHA Lahore
Currently, DHA Lahore management is fully focused on Phase 10.
They aim to make its launching and branding extremely successful, ensuring rate appreciation and a favorable market environment for real estate.
They are waiting for the right time to launch Phase 10.
So far, no significant price increase has been observed:
5 Marla: 27.5–28 lakhs
10 Marla: 46–46.5 lakhs
1 Kanal (Affidavit): 84–85 lakhs
The overall market activity in DHA Lahore shows that builders are shifting toward Phases 7 and 8, while genuine home builders prefer Phase 6.
Investors are moving toward Phase 9 Prism, and people are eagerly waiting to learn about Phase 13, which is expected to create buzz soon.
Although buyers remain active, investors are currently absent from the DHA Lahore market.

DHA Gujranwala
Since possession was granted in some areas, the rates in both 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots have remained stagnant.
In non-possession areas, prices have declined significantly.
Thus, buyers are active only in possession zones, while non-possession sectors have very limited demand.

DHA Multan
In DHA Multan, the price gap between large plots remains wide, around 15 to 20 lakhs, making it difficult for deals to close smoothly.
1 Kanal: 32 lakhs (minimum) to 1.05 crore (maximum)
10 Marla: 38–42 lakhs in non-possession areas, up to 70 lakhs for corner plots in possession zones
5 Marla: 16–17 lakhs (standard), 19 lakhs (corner)
Because of this gap, deals are slow, and buyers remain cautious.

The trend in DHA Bahawalpur is mixed —
where possession areas show stability, non-possession areas are witnessing a decline in rates.

You may agree or disagree, but the pattern is clear — the market is genuine but slow, with investors largely inactive across most DHAs.
