We had to move camp with a storm forecasted and conifers already coming down nearby, so we pushed deeper into the woods to get more shelter from the trees. In this quick camp tour I show the winter setup that keeps us warm and dry in these damp woodland conditions, including the Hilleberg Unna tent, my full sleep system (groundsheet, foil mat, mattress, sleeping bag), and Autumn’s cosy setup too. Staying warm out here matters, because the last thing you want is hypothermia and a trip to hospital.
