Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney addressed the World Economic Forum at Davos on Tuesday and said, "I will talk today about the breaking of the world order, the end of a pleasant fiction and the beginning of a brutal reality where the geopolitics of the great powers is not subject to any constraint." Although he did not categorically mention the United State or President Trump, he said, "Greenland and Denmark have a unique right to determine Greenland's future."
