Dom is a qualified Probation Officer, with ten years’ experience specialising in group-work. He has a background in the assessment and treatment of men who commit sexually abusive behaviour, and is an accredited group facilitator both for the Thames Valley Sex Offender Group Work Programme, and the Non-Offending Partner Programme.
Dom joined Circles of Support and Accountability in June 2005 and currently has responsibility for the delivery of Circles across the Thames Valley and Kent areas. He also has management responsibility for the Mentoring scheme, the Circles Youth Project and the Counselling Projects for both survivors of sexual abuse and for perpetrators. Since joining the Circles team Dom has provided consultancy and training for various statutory and voluntary organisations, risk assessment reports concerning offenders and has undertaken protective work with the non-offending partners of abusers.
