Yamaha Ténéré 700: Dented rim fix & leaking tubeless - OutEx kit conversion

Short story about fixing my dented rim after I hit a pot hole at about 50km/h head on. I have eventually found another 3 dents on the front rim.

Because of these dents and an older tire I started loosing air through the bead which would not seat properly anymore. I observed that before but the dents made it unbearable.

This video is really more about dents and tubeless. A lot of people see dents a big risk of tubeless. But it turns out that it may not be such a big issue as the small dents are fairly straightforward to fix.

The big dents which damage the rim needs to be fixed with different techniques or professionally and would be disastrous no matter if one runs tubes or tubeless.
