Concept:
There are Villages, Cities, and Kingdoms. Villages is where the poor people live, and is the smallest group. Cities is where the mediocre people live, and is the average size group. Kingdoms is where the rich and important people live, and is the largest group of people. These groups have cops and officers to protect them, but sometimes, they're not enough. That is why they seek Kingdom of Paragon for help. Kingdom of Paragon is where the most powerful students are trained to be soldiers and superheroes. In order to be accepted in the Kingdom, you must be 19+ years old and must be ranked #10, #9, #8, and so on. Here is the order.

#10, #9, #8, #7, and #6 students are given the job to guard Villages and some Cities.

#5, #4, #3, and #2 students are given the job to guard Cities, and some Kingdoms.

#1 students are NOT given any jobs. They must get hired by a rich and wealthy Kingdom to guard the Kingdom, but must get paid a ton of money too. Why? #1 students are very rare (and powerful) and the ruler of Kingdom of Paragon is very picky when it comes to #1 students. He wants to protect them as much as he could.

Why do these people need protection? And from who? There's another world under this world. In the underworld, there is a huge Kingdom called "The Felons." These are the monsters that are being sent up every once a week to wipe out a City, Village, or a Kingdom. This story is about a student from Kingdom of Paragon, who conquered The Felons Kingdom.
