The Tax Man Caddis Larva was designed for the Arkansas River in Lower Bighorn Sheep Canyon where I fish and I guide. There are billions of Caddis Larva in that river and trout gobble them up like M&Ms. The Caddis hatch begins here starting in Canon City in mid-April, just in time for the tax man to ask for his money. While you are trying to get those taxes submitted, the trout are feeding heavily on Caddis Larva. That's when you pull out The Tax Man Caddis.
