Trauma-Informed Yoga for Hips and Psoas | Relaxing, Deep Stretches to Release Tension

Hello and welcome!

I invite you to join me for a healing yoga practice where we will deeply stretch our hips and psoas to reconnect with our bodies and release tension in a sensitive manner.

This practice is similar to my hip-opening video but has an added emphasis on psoas release.

All cues are only suggestions; listen to what feels good in your body. I encourage you to complete this practice in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.
