The 2025 BYD Shark 6 DMO is BYD's first foray into the midsize pickup truck segment. The 2025 BYD Shark 6 DMO is a plug in hybrid electric vehicle that has 100KM of pure EV range and 800KM of total range. In this Filipino car review, we take the BYD Shark 6 DM-O from Manila to Zambales with @jaywalkur and @markmarcaida During this drive, we drove through the highway and offroad trails to get to our destination. The BYD Shark6 DMO is a pure lifestyle pick up truck that is meant for soft roading duties. The 2025 BYD Shark 6 DMO is meant to go up against the Changan Nevo Hunter but it cannot go against the hardcore 4x4 pick up trucks that have rear locking differentials and articulating wheels. The 2025 BYD Shark 6 DMO is also more expensive than the Toyota Hilux and the Ford Ranger but it has the best ride in the segment today.
