Brigadeiro Chocolate Cake
This delicious homemade moist chocolate cake is filled with lusciously custard filling and topped with chocolate ganache. The custard is made of egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk and all purpose cream.
Chocolate cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powdered, unsweetened
1 1/8 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 cups hot water
1 tsp vanilla essence

filling:
300ml condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/8 cup cornstarch
2 egg yolks
370ml all purpose cream

Chocolate ganache:
2 cups chocolate,chopped
3/4 cup evaporated milk, hot(less if preferred)
