Trump reiterates his claims of ending Pakistan-India war at a campaign rally

US President Donald Trump has once again claimed credit for brokering the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, repeating the assertion nearly 70 times this year. The Asian Development Bank says the economic outlook for developing Asia and the Pacific has brightened, supported by strong demand in high-tech export sectors and India’s stronger-than-expected growth. India and Bangladesh have completed the repatriation of 85 fishermen in a reciprocal exchange, with 47 Indian and 38 Bangladeshi fishermen returning home.
