Manon: Alina Cojocaru on being in the moment | English National Ballet

In this second video interview, Lead Principal Alina Cojocaru talks about letting go on stage, being in the moment and reacting to what happens around her, rather than planning her next steps.

To illustrate her points, she talks about how she, as Manon, might react to watching Des Grieux (a man she has just met) dance for her. In this video, Lead Principal Joseph Caley dances as Des Grieux.

We perform Manon at the London Coliseum on 16-20 January 2019.
