I delayed this so badly because I had no motivation to animate, I'm really sorry for that. Also, this was done in both After Effects and Animate, the first 53 seconds are made in Animate CC, and the rest is made in After Effects, no SWFs used like usual.
About the animation itself, I found this concept from a Xenoverse 2 mod not a long time ago, and decided to make this, it comes as an alternative where Black is part of the UN 10 team, doesn't make much sense but I found it cool, even without the breaks, it would have still taken a little while to make.
I am not sure myself it I'll be able to make animations soon, finals are coming, plus, motivation isn't completely back in for me.
