Thanks for joining me for some homemaking motivation as I give you a channel update, share a grocery haul, do some kitchen organization, and share a homemade sandwich bun recipe with you.

Dinner rolls/buns recipe:
1 cup warm water
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Cups all purpose flour
3 tsp bread machine yeast

Add ingredients in the order listed and start the dough cycle on bread machine. When done, transfer to a lightly floured surface, punch air out of dough, shape into a ball. Cut the ball into 16 even pieces and form into round rolls. To make buns, cut into 8 pieces and form into round rolls. For breadsticks, form into 12 breadsticks.

Place on parchment lined baking sheets, and let it do one final rise, about 30 minutes, covered in a warm place. Brush with butter. If making garlic breadsticks, sprinkle with garlic salt after brushing with butter. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes, until 190-200 degrees in center.
