How to achieve the endings SPOILERS BELOW.
Bad Ending: Keep going through the hallway without interacting with paintings. Meet the Swirly Head Man in the hallway. End up in the room with the brick wall.
Secret Ending: When the clock strikes, go back through the door.
Good Ending: Interact with all paintings, when you get in the room with all paintings, go back through the door. You have the maze route on the wall.
