This video shows you how to plant rows of potatoes in the garden. We grow enough to harvest about 100 pounds each year at our homestead in zone 6.
We plant six 30-foot rows
The rows are spaced 4-feet apart
The potatoes are planted 4" deep, and are planted 8" to 10" from each other
