"Irworobongdo" is the lead single off Akimbo's new record, “Sun Moon & Five Peaks”. The record is a 5-track EP grown out of a collaboration with artists of the young generation of traditional musicians in Seoul. "Irworobongdo" is the phonetic English pronunciation of "일월오봉도" (Painting of the Sun Moon & the Five Peaks), which is the name of an ancient folding-screen painting that was displayed prominently behind the royal throne during the Joseon Dynasty in Korea. The artwork used in this video is a re-interpretation of that image by the Korean artist Da-In, who takes inspiration from world folk art, re-imagining ancient expression with a psychedelic sense. Akimbo envisions celestial worlds within the sun and moon in the painting, representative of the masculine and the feminine.

"일월오봉도"는 서울에서 활동하고있는 젊은 국악 뮤지션들과의 콜라보레이션으로 이루어진 5개의 트랙이 담긴 앨범이다. 아킴보는 다양한 전통 악기 소리를 실험적인 방법으로 레코딩을 한 뒤 그것을 토대로 새롭고 독창적인 그만의 한국 사운드 만들었다. 일월오봉도는 조선시대 궁궐의 국왕 뒤에 위치된 병풍의 그림이다. 이 이미지는 여러나라의 민화로부터 영향을 받아 주로 작업을하는 한국 아티스트인 다인의 사이키델릭한 감각으로 재해석 되어 있다. 아킴보는 해와 달의 그림안에 남성과 여성을 상징하는 천상의 세계를 상상하였다.
