DnD Abridged episode 12: Exit

Welcome back! Our Animated Adventure continues this week as our Dungeons and Dragons crew finally escapes the labrynthine Dungeon. After running into a pack of Kobalds, a Minotaur, a Lich, and a whole bunch of cool stuff off camera. (They had to do this puzzle where a number was counting down. They were stuck there a while.) They've finally escaped, and their grand Adventure can continue. They were supposed to deliver the Halfling right? But it seems like the circumstances that brought them to this point continue to haunt our favorite Rogue.

Did the Dungeon truly appear? Was it some master plan of some kind of powerful being? Was it a Mimic the whole time that just forgot to eat them? And if so, why were these plot threads seemingly forgotten? There's no way the Dungeon Master keeps forgetting every idea as they jump to a new one? Right?

Either way, now that they've escaped, I'm sure it will never come up again, nor will it slowly be revealed to actually be a big deal or a part of someone's Backstory. No Dungeon Master would have a random improvised moment become a D&D Campaign essential story beat, that never actually happens.

There are so many questions, all of which I'm sure DnD Players and DMs can relate to.
